Fort Walla Walla
The problem at hand was that I didn’t have any video content on my YouTube channel. So, I produced a POV video of me taking photos on the many trails of Fort Walla Walla. The perameters I gave myself was I knew I needed to find a way to emulate of mimic the different ways photographers of the same genre created their videos in their format. Which shows off the image as you take it and share the Aperture, Shutter Speed, and ISO of each photo. As well as edit the video in a form where you aren’t bored and still entertained. My research consisted of learning how to use DaVinci Resolve, and research what other photographers in the same genre are doing with their videos. It was a lot of work to initially get started as with any new program the learning curve was high. Eventually the video and images I produced were awesome. I was able to figure out a way to lay them out with all the necessary information attached to them in the video. My editing style also kept viewers engaged. I was able to go from point A to B relatively quickly, in a span of 2 weeks I filmed on sight, took photos, edited those photos, edited the video, created a thumbnail, created a title and other necessary information, and was finally able to upload the YouTube video.
